Awards – Nomination Packages

Microsoft Word documents are available for submitting nominations for the various 2012 ProAction Awards for submission by officers in Durham Region, Hamilton and Toronto.

Nomination packages should be returned to Tiffany Gurprasad, Grants Coordinator by February 15th 2013.
