Downloading Toronto Chapter Forms
The Toronto Grant Application and Program Report are now available as interactive PDF documents. Officers can now complete, save and print theses forms directly using Adobe Reader (Acrobat). If you don’t already have a copy of the free Adobe Reader click here to download and install a copy on your computer.
It is recommended that you save the requisite forms to your own computer first rather than opening them in a browser window.
To download a form from a link:
- Right click on the link to the form
- Choose Save Target As (Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (Netscape or Firefox) from the pop-up menu
- In the Save As dialog box, select a convenient location on your computer and click Save
