Ice Fishing with Cops Experience gives Toronto youth the chance to learn ice fishing - an outdoor skill many have never had the opportunity to try. Over multiple sessions on Lake Simcoe, young people build confidence on the ice, learn from experienced guides, and discover what it's like to spend a day in a completely new environment. Youth in Durham hit the ice with DRPS Central East officers for the NHLPA Goals & Dreams Program Learn to Play hockey event! Thanks to the National Hockey League Players' Association, young players got the chance to gear up, learn skills, and experience the game in a supportive environment where officers and youth connected over a shared love of hockey. Thanks to our supporters, Hamilton officers create ProAction funded skill building and mentorship programs for local youth. "SWAMPY" welcomes newcomers through youth programming. "ProAction Chef Academy" teaches culinary skills. "Forge Around and Find Out" and "We Got Game" connect through sports and recreation. "Umuganda," "Cops & Cats," and the "Mud Girl" event show how diverse these opportunities can be.
